Fixes land in uneven batches. This pass re-walks the original journeys and records what actually changed for the customer.

Book this when the first round of changes is in the environment we originally used, or in a successor you document. We do not expand scope unless you commission a new audit.
Partial fixes are described honestly. A new error message that still blocks the task is not a close.
If you used another firm for the first review, ask us about a full audit instead — we will not rubber-stamp a register we did not write.
What is in the pack
- Re-test of agreed findings from a prior Schema Signal Hub audit
- Updated status: resolved, partial, unchanged, or new side effect
- A one-page note for the sponsor who paid for the first review
- Available within six months of the original audit pack
Fees are informational. We invoice after a scoping call. There is no payment form on this site.
