Schema Signal Hub works from Cinmuk Commercial Centre on Jalan Penrissen, Kuching. We review customer portal applications for organisations that already have customers in the door — utilities, memberships, education, trade accounts, and public-facing service desks that grew a login page.
Why the work is written, not workshopped
Portals collect well-meant releases. A new bill format, a new identity vendor, a merged brand, a PDF that only works on last year’s browser. Sponsors feel the queue. Engineers feel the backlog. Nobody has a shared picture of what a returning customer actually meets.
We do not sell software, hosting, or a redesign retainer. We read the portal, write the pack, brief the people who will change it, and — if you want — come back for a verification pass.
Visits are by appointment. The studio keeps ordinary office hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 Malaysian time. Reviews themselves happen on the environment you name, which is often not this building.
