Personal data and account mapping

Account pages accumulate fields. Some are needed. Some are leftovers from a launch. This review maps what is collected, displayed, downloaded, and retained in the customer-facing layer.

We sit with the live screens and the data they imply. If a statement PDF contains a national ID that the on-screen bill does not, that is a finding. If a deleted address still appears on an old invoice download, that is a finding.

The language of the report is operational. It is written so a product owner in Kuching or a vendor in another city can act without translating jargon.

This engagement does not replace legal advice. It gives your counsel and your portal team a shared picture of what the customer can already see.

What is in the pack

  • Inventory of personal fields visible in the agreed journeys
  • Notes on exports, statements, and files a customer can take away
  • Observations on consent copy, marketing toggles, and profile edit rights
  • A mapping table the privacy owner can keep, not a slide deck that ages out

Fees are informational. We invoice after a scoping call. There is no payment form on this site.
